Our mission is to operate Colliers GIS as the
most thoughtful, creative and objective source for maps and geographic reports
in the world. Colliers GIS seeks to become the industry standard for thoughtful
geographic analysis.

We create high-density presentations
of information that incorporate maps, charts, graphs, tables and narrative
text. This is our specialty.

We don’t spin data to support
preconceived notions. Our only agenda is to present information in a
truthful fashion.

Making maps involves collecting data
from a wide range of sources. Analyzing that data involves making
assumptions. Presenting that data requires more choices and assumptions. We
state our assumptions and list our sources. Our clients can trust in our
transparency.

Map design should not appeal to the
lowest common denominator. The general public is a lot smarter than it is
